THERE LOOKS LIKE THERE IS A SCRATCH ON THE OBVERSE NEAR THE Y in Liberty  (I CAN'T FEEL IT ON THE PLASTIC)
IT SHOWS WHEN LOOKING STRAIGHT ON BUT IS HARDER TO SEE WHEN THE SLAB IS TILTED.. HONESTLY  LOOKS LIKE ITS ON THE COIN BUT DON'T KNOW IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GRADED PR69 IF IT WAS. 2ND PHOTO DOESN'T SHOW IT DUE TO BRIGHTER LIGHTING. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY!
