  • Condition: Poster is in GOOD condition. Colors and art are clear and sharp. Paper is intact. There is some color separation along the center horizontal fold but it is very minor. Don't be concerned about the light area in the lower right of the photo. It is a slight reflection of the lights we used. The poster has strong, clear colors in this area.

    This is an ORIGINAL 1974 French Half Sheet poster for the neo-Noir classic
    Chinatown
    . This 16" x 21", full-color, half sheet is in GOOD condition. See Condition Description for details.
    It has slightly different art work, which depicts more of the action in the streets than the U.S. version. Please don't be concerned about the light area in the lower right corner. This was created by the lighting we used in the photo shoot. The poster colors and images in that corner are clear and sharp.
    Please do not be concerned about the devices at the corners and/or sides of the item. They are magnets that we used to secure the item while we photographed it. They are NOT attached to the item. They did not harm or mark the item in any way. The item is in the same condition that existed when we secured it.
