    Description

    Early Antique Smith & Egge Little Comfort sewing machine.  This is one of the earlier chain models that were only sold for a short time.  it is a hand crank model.  Measures
    7" x 5"  inches and weighs 1 pound 12 ounces.  As you can see it has some wear, but pretty good for the age.  It has scratches, dings and dents, and some of the enamel paint has some chips and rust spots as shown.  The chain has been repaired.  It does rotate but has some resistance so I'm not going to push it for a full rotation, it needs some TLC.  Estate find and quite cute!
