LEBANESE MOVIE POSTERS HISTORY
Two lebanese movie’s companies had the exclusive
distribution of the US English French & Italian
movies for the middle east & arab countries.
In the 60s 70s & 80s & to replace the
damaged original movie posters they had the right to reprint
posters in the same movie’s language but in different size.
Two Lebanese printing works was in charge to print the posters
Tito Gravure & Sabbagh now closed. The posters was
printed same as the originals or not but without the credits &
the size of the one sheet had to be 27.4x40”.
