    Leupold VX-III 2.5-8x36 Gloss Duplex reticle. One inch tube.
    This scope is in outstanding condition. No ring marks and only a couple of small marks on objective end. It is a later model with 1/4 inch click adjustments. I generally use flip up objective covers when hunting and if you use these the small marks are covered.
    These scopes in the gloss finish are getting harder to find and they look great on rifles with blued finishes that are not matte. Winchester super grades and featherweights come to mind, but there are many more.
    This is my favorite scope power range. In 1985 I took a Dall’s Sheep at 350 yards and later that year I took a 10 point Michigan Whitetail at 10 yards with a Leupold 2.5-8x36 scope, not the same scope.
