"Boys" is a feature film directed by Ekaterina Stashevskaya-Naroditskaya, filmed by the creative association "Comrade" of the film studio "Mosfilm" based on the novel of the same name by Alexander Rekemchuk in 1971.
The film uses the music of I.-S.
Bach, Haydn, Grieg, Genet, Rimsky-Korsakov, Rubinstein, Puccini.
The songs are performed by the boys' choir "Ažuoliukas" (English) under the direction of Germans Perelšteinas.
Soloists: Arunas Malikenas, Zbigniew Kachanovsky, Vladimir Prudnikov, Rimas Sprindis.
The film tells about the pupils of the Moscow Choir School.
In the center of the plot is the fate of a talented boy who came to the choir from an orphanage.
